RUSH ORDERS

Need your custom JYRO canopy sooner than the lead time? No problem, rush production may be available for your order with an additional fee.

Please note, rush orders are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to current production capacity, canopy model, specifications and the requested delivery timeframe. Rush production is not guaranteed until confirmed by JYRO.

Rush Options

The exact timeframe will be confirmed when your request is reviewed. Rush timeframes apply to production time and do not include shipping or delays outside JYRO's control. The rush fee percentage is calculated based on the price of the custom canopy model.

How to request a Rush Order

When placing your custom canopy order:

  1. Using the colour picker of your chosen canopy model, fill in the colour design and click 'Add to Cart'.
  2. Fill in the required fields with your selected canopy options and skydiving experience.
  3. In the 'Instructions optional' field, add 'Rush Order' and include any date or timeframe you are requesting.
  4. Continue with the checkout process as normal.
  5. A JYRO Sales team member will be in touch after reviewing your order with the options available.
  6. Rush orders require full payment once the order is accepted.

Please do not rely on a rush timeframe until it has been confirmed by JYRO.
