CAN I USE A JYRO RDS FOR A CROSSFIRE 3?

WE DO NOT MANUFACTURE OR TEST AN RDS SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR CROSSFIRE 3

Some canopy pilots choose to use a JYRO (e.g. Leia or JFX 2) RDS on a Crossfire 3 and have reported favourable results. However, this configuration is NOT designed, tested or approved by JYRO for the Crossfire 3.

It may alter the opening characteristics, pressurisation sequence, or heading performance and JYRO cannot guarantee compatibility.

If you choose to use a JYRO RDS on a Crossfire 3:

  • You do so at your own discretion and risk
  • You are responsible for ensuring fitment and safe function
  • You should thoroughly ground-test and make conservative evaluation jumps before regular use
  • Any changes in performance, openings, or wear resulting from the use of an RDS are the responsibility of the owner and outside JYRO's control.

We strongly recommend consulting an experienced canopy coach and/or rigger before running a non-specified configuration.
